CONTEXT

BRIEF

 The Centre For Mindfulness Studies needed an entire digital campaign of media to ease their customers into a remote experience that was still as impactful as live sessions.

CONSUMER JOURNEY

THE INSIGHT

This meant improving three critical touch points in their consumer’s journey: Social Media, UX/UI Ordering system, and Certificate.

EXECUTION 

SOLUTION

Welcoming the current user base with Social Media exercises resulted in more engagement, UX motion design video created less emails to IT while the new digital certificates awarded those who achieved mindful. 


I animated social media animations that would capture the Centre’s breathing practices and overall calming impact on daily lift stressors while also ensuring the copy did not violate any terms of service on various social media platforms. 


Next step was to solve a pain point when ordering teaching sessions of the website- to both help students and lessen the mass of emails for IT Department. After conducting consumer journey audits, my motion design was the key to guide users. 


Next, creating digital certificates that celebrated the achievement of completing a course, yet formal enough for certification, done in the accessible branding of  The Centre For Mindfulness Studies.
